When the power has gone out and you can’t see a thing, you have to have an emergency light source. It’s just a necessity. This one is so clever and easy to make. It not only makes good use of an Altoid’s tin that might otherwise get thrown away, but you can make several of them and keep them in your back pocket. The idea is simple, the cardboard you see burning in the picture above is dipped in wax so that it burns slowly.
