I have said it before, but I’ll say it again: eggs are my favorite food. They are so versatile, so nutritious and so darned delicious. I could never get sick of them and have never met a preparation I didn’t like. This one is new to me and I can’t wait to try it! Cut your hard boiled egg in half after you have peeled it, sear it in a pan with the cut side facing down for a few minutes with some olive oil and enjoy it a tad crispy and hot! Sounds good to me! Don’t forget salt and pepper.
