For the last week I have been scouring Craigslist and Facebook groups for furniture to fill our new house. We are moving in next week, and since we sold EVERYTHING we own 7 months ago to travel in the RV, we have to rebuy absolutely everything. After turning up very little in the bedroom furniture department (for good prices, anyway) it occurred to me: Pay $200 for a headboard? OOooooor make one for under $30?
Yes, I’ll make one thank you. Now the process described in the link below is really some time consuming DIY work. I don’t know if I will go this route, but the finished product was so impressive, I thought I would share anyway. I’ll probably end up doing a fabric headboard over some plywood. Easy peasy!
