The various nutrients present in cabbage such as vitamin-E which keeps the skin, eyes, and hair healthy, also, the calcium, magnesium, and potassium that are very beneficial for our health are a good reason for us to introduce cabbage to our diets.
Although we usually have cabbage in a salad as an appetizer for dinner, I prefer to eat it cooked because it is easier to digest. I have to warn you though if you haven’t cooked cabbage before, it does not smell good while cooking.
