Just because Halloween is over doesn’t mean it’s time to toss the pumpkin recipes just yet! They’re fair game up until the end of November in my opinion! This cake would make a nice alternative to a pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, and sounds just as delectable as it looks! You need a couple of bundt pans, which I don’t have and would probably never use again! But if you’ve got two, give this a try and let us know what you thought:
