We walked through the house we plan to buy today! We hadn’t seen it in 2 weeks and the inspection is this Friday so we wanted to take measurements and get a feel for everything. We apparently disregarded the state of disrepair the bathroom tile was in the first time around. Either we have a lot of tiles to replace, or we’re replacing all of them with a new look.
