Not too long ago I posted about the signs that you may not have enough magnesium in your diet. I promptly bought a calcium magnesium supplement, which was doubly important since I am preggers. I’m not saying that I now know for sure that I may be deficient in magnesium, but I will say that I am currently experiencing at least five of the symptoms above. Again, being pregnant and even not drinking enough water might be contributing factors, and I’ve been remedying the water issue.
