I promised last month that I would post on how to make your own Elderberry Syrup on our post on how to forage for elderberries. Elderberries are high in vitamin C and really do the trick for boosting the immune response. I use the store-bought version whenever I’m coming down with a cold and don’t want my little one to catch it. A few times she started to get sick and we kicked it within 3 days with this kind of syrup and homeopathic remedies.
