To market their products, some companies may go too far with their claims. For instance, some packaged foods that are labeled fat-free give you the impression that it is won’t cause you to gain weight. What most people don’t know is that most of these fat-free products are filled with carbohydrates that eventually turn into fat more than what you would have gained eating the normal product. In order to eat healthily, we shouldn’t let ourselves be misled by the marketing campaigns that only have their own benefit in mind.
