The reclaimed barnwood look has not yet gotten tired. Stickwood is a brand of peel and stick wall applique that is basically shaved barnwood veneer. So it’s very thing. It is a bit pricey but the look is really pretty awesome. My husband and I got on a little Stickwood kick a few years ago when we bought our last house. We had a vision of a wall similar to the one above, but ended up with the one below.
We had ordered samples and liked them, yet somehow ended up breaking down vintage crates and nailing them to our kitchen wall instead. As you can see, there wasn’t much rhyme or reason to our approach! (especially on the far right where we kind of ran out of stuff!)
