Many of us choose to bake foods while wrapping them in aluminum foil because it is faster and less messy than other ways. The thing that most of us do not know is that some of the foil will get stuck on our meal especially acidic or spicy foods that are prepared at high temperatures which could be very bad for our health. Researches show that high concentrations of aluminum have been seen in the brain tissue of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. In another study I read, aluminum foil was linked to cancer. After reading this article not only I am not cooking my food in aluminum foil, I am not gonna wrap my cold food with aluminum foil.
